Where the money came from. On 12-13 October holders of old warrants exercised 273,493,909 of them for 13,674,703 new Class A shares, bringing in about $369.2M. A warrant is a right to buy a share at a set price. The rest of the warrants, inherited from the September 2025 merger with Asset Entities, expired on 13 October. Class A shares rose to 114.8 million from 101.2 million a week earlier.

What is next. On 15 October Strive priced 7 million SATS preferred shares paying a 15% dividend at $90 each. That is about $630M before fees, with settlement set for 20 October. The company also holds about $317.5M in cash and about $49.3M of Strategy's STRC preferred shares.

Context. Strive is one of the companies that hold bitcoin as their main treasury asset, following Strategy's model. They bring demand to the market, but they depend on investors being willing to keep buying their new securities.
