Fraudulent Company
Please pay people their money, you people are just running a broad day light Scam taking peoples hard earned money and not responding to them and sometimes even deactivating their accounts when they try to contact you for help. That is a very terrible thing to do, if you want to run a platform do that, if you don’t have money get a job and stop scamming people because you think you can get away with it. To hell with you all! Run away from this app and company, they’re some of the most terrible humans existing among us.

Very bad no good response more then one time i will be having balance and i make an order and set a SL on it , first my SL did not hit the target my trade was closed balance became 0 , this is not the first time its happening 3 times it happened now im fedup with it thats why im writing a bad review i do not recommend downloading OKX

I made p2p trade and seller received release then I proceeded to making an appeal after 5 days of no response then OKX did the worst, they responded on the 6 day in the middle of the night 01:23 A.M asking me to provide proof within 30 minutes or the dispute will be in the favour of the seller while I was asleep €930. It wasn’t my money so am paying back the owner of the money back because I borrowed it…just deleted my 2 OKX account and never will I advise anyone to use this trash if you don’t want to end up in debt

It’s a shame what some of these wallet do. Okx is no different. Throwing flashing moving ads on the main wallet page is horrible. Make a section for it, sure. Let us turn it off, or at least remove after clicking on them.

Overall good and reliable Deposit experience: 10/10 Chose:: manual transfer Avoid:: card transfer/applepay extremely seemless with manual transfer. I have schedule a recurring payments from my ENBD app. The transfer happens instantly. It takes 30sec to 1 min for me. These is no markup or fee which is great. Avoid card transfer as it has 3% fee I think. Fee: 8/10 Chose: exchange mode Avoid: simple mode(if trader) Fee on simple modes are slightly higher. Exchange mode fee are lower but requires more time to set up trades Withdrawal: 10/10 they no longer charge any withdrawal fee. It's free now. Good decision. Speed is also good. OKX will willingly take my deposits but ABSOLUTELY refuses to allow me to connect my bank to withdraw my fiat funds. I’ve tried for a long time to get my bank account (a standard brick and mortar bank) to connect but OKX refuses to allow it to connect for withdrawals.
