Arut votes on the site like any reader: on the thermometers and the «up or down today» buttons. Each vote is checked on the price 24 hours later, as for everyone. A move under 0.1% is not counted.

Courts, complaints and checks

In the UAE, for running the Bistox crypto exchange without a licence. The Dubai Court of Appeal fully acquitted him on 20 Oct 2026.
From 2021 clients wrote that they could not withdraw money. No court has found them proven and there is no criminal case over them.
None in public sources. The UAE case was about operating without a licence, not fraud.
Bistox clients start complaining that they cannot withdraw funds from the exchange. These are complaints: no court has confirmed them.

Personal bankruptcy. Bistox closed after it.
A UAE first-instance court sentences him to two years and a 200 million dirham fine for running the Bistox crypto exchange without a licence. The case has no fraud charge.
