I would like to provide feedback regarding the passport verification process. The KYC form requires “backside” image, but standard passport does not have a conventional backside containing Identity information like National Identity Card. The passport’s biographical details are on the main page, while the outside back cover might be blank or contain only administrative information. Please consider updating the verification flow to distinguish passport from two-sided ID cards, or provide a clear guidance on what passport holders should upload in the backside field. This would reduce unnecessary KYC rejections and make the process clearer for users.

Customer service very unhelpful. Blocked my account and asked me to submit a video with my ID. I did it and they said it was not the correct ID but would not tell me what ID is required.
