The KYC form requires “backside” image, but standard passport does not have a conventional backside containing Identity information like National Identity Card. The passport’s biographical details are on the main page, while the outside back cover might be blank or contain only administrative information. Please consider updating the verification flow to distinguish passport from two-sided ID cards, or provide a clear guidance on what passport holders should upload in the backside field.
