I would like to provide feedback regarding the passport verification process. The KYC form requires “backside” image, but standard passport does not have a conventional backside containing Identity information like National Identity Card. The passport’s biographical details are on the main page, while the outside back cover might be blank or contain only administrative information. Please consider updating the verification flow to distinguish passport from two-sided ID cards, or provide a clear guidance on what passport holders should upload in the backside field. This would reduce unnecessary KYC rejections and make the process clearer for users.

I use BingX when I want to trade but also keep it simple and controlled. Code LCNXHC gives a discount on trading commission + a mystery box (up to 200 USDT) after first deposit. What feels “real” here is Copy Trading: you can see trader history, drawdowns, and set your own rules (allocation, stop copying, etc.) instead of blindly following. The app is light, charts load fast, and position management is quick. Wish: add a clearer “fees + funding” preview before confirming and improve P2P filtering labels for Gulf users.

This broker is a complete scam. They manipulate stop losses, and whenever you have a trade in high profit, the app suddenly freezes and you can’t close the position. Customer service very unhelpful. Blocked my account and asked me to submit a video with my ID. I did it and they said it was not the correct ID but would not tell me what ID is required. So I uploaded videos with all my ID documents and they are still refusing to unblock my account. Your KYC documents are not visible through the app . Customer service utterly bad.
