I have been scammed multiple times by this platform. If you don’t want to become their next victim, avoid it. Scam 1: I deposited 100,000 USD to an official kucoin deposit address, and the deposit was never credited. I reached out to support and they pretended they never received it and tried to pretend the address was not theirs, even though it quite clearly was. Scam 2: I invested 250,000 USD in a coin that turned out to be a complete scam. Down 98% in less than a week. I reach out to customer service to at very least warn them and get the coin delisted.
