Ideas are written by traders of the TradingView community, not by Freekonomist. They are their opinion, not our forecast and not investment advice. The direction ("expects a rise" or "a fall") is read from the author's words and can be wrong. Charts and snapshots: TradingView.
How to read someone else's idea
- Levels. Where the author sees support and resistance, and why there.
- Scenario. What has to happen for the idea to work: a breakout, a retest, a candle close.
- Invalidation. A good idea always says where the author is wrong. No invalidation point means a hope, not a plan.
- Timeframe. An idea on a 15-minute chart lives for hours, on a daily chart for weeks. Match it to your horizon.
- Date. The market may have moved on. Compare the price in the idea with the current one.
