Important Features Needed for Spot Traders
Gate is a useful platform for crypto trading, but I would love to see a few important improvements for spot traders. Please add PNL cards for spot trading, so users can easily share their trading performance, just like futures traders. Also, allow users to set Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP) when placing market orders, and provide the ability to add or adjust these levels directly from the chart after entering a trade. These features would improve risk management, trading convenience, and the overall user experience. I hope Gate team considers these suggestions in the next update. Spot traders deserve these tools too. Thank you for continuously improving the platform.

Alert Notifications
Why was the alert notification removed on gate Alpha. This new update is not good. Had I known, I wouldn’t have updated. Those notifications helps a lot to always checking to see all the time. Rejected my government issued drivers license and gave me no communication about it. These are not serious people. Don't waste your time or they will waste it for you anyway. Update: finally accepted my ID but now there's no payment options available to me - I've mentioned this multiple times to their support reps via email and they keep dodging the issue or not responding at all.

Apps is good very user friendly and easy to navigate. Almost everything this app have it. But one thing I’ve noticed and hopefully in the future updates you consider it, some tokens don’t have lots of option to choose a network like when depositing/withdrawing crypto. Some only have one network but some almost every chain or network are availble. Add some chain to other tokens listed on your apps so its super easy to use the overall feature of your apps.

This seems like a scam app to me unlike others exchanges, I was introduced to Gate.io by a friend then I have to transferred my coin from my previous platform to their platform and I was not credited and the transaction has been confirmed so I message gate.io support with all necessary proof and they kept muted without replying to my message and till now my money is no where to be found and they failed to attend to my message as a result the coin I sent was lost completely.

Licences: a full licence in the EU (MiCA), UK, US, UAE, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Canada, Korea, Australia or Switzerland gives 5 points, a full licence elsewhere 3, a registration (such as FinCEN or AUSTRAC) 1.5, an application or in-principle approval 0.5.
